Cash on Delivery (COD) & Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation Policy
Once a “Cash on Delivery” (COD) order is placed, it cannot be canceled the following day or once the order has been processed for dispatch. Please ensure you are certain about your purchase before confirming the order.

2. Non-Returnable COD Parcels
We do not accept returns on COD parcels. Customers are legally obligated to receive and pay for the package once it reaches the delivery address. If there is a physical defect in the product, please contact our support team immediately instead of refusing the parcel.

3. Policy on Refusal and Non-Acceptance
In the event that a customer refuses to accept a COD parcel or fails to collect it without a valid reason, the following actions will be taken to recover the loss of shipping and operational costs:

Blacklisting: The customer’s full details (Name, Contact Number, and Address) will be uploaded to national “COD Returner” databases and dedicated websites that track high-risk buyers.

Seller Network Reporting: Your information will be shared across E-commerce Vendor Networks and specialized WhatsApp groups to alert other online sellers of potential fraudulent activity.

Future Orders: The customer will be permanently banned from using the Cash on Delivery service on our website for all future purchases.
